Science is FUN!

Your mail with a smile. Josie put on the postal worker costume and mail bag and was set to go delivering mail to all the businesses. This is the first time she has tried on the costumes. She did not want to leave!
Natalie is busily cooking in the restaurant at the museum. She was putting food in the fridge, mixing things together in the bowls and putting dishes in the sink. So much fun!
BEEP! BEEP!! Coming through! Natalie thought the MTC bus was pretty fun too! While she cannot see where she is going, she was sure to tell me to sit down in the back for my ride!
Hayden and Josie being silly with the turtle shell.
The batteries on the camera quickly died! Erica was with us too, but I have no photos of her. Bad me. I will be better prepared next time!!!

Dino- Mite!

The girls thought this dinosaur outside the Children's Museum was pretty great. He is covered in pennies so they were very interested in playing with them. I have decided it is almost impossible to get a photo of the two of them both looking at the camera! This is the best I could get, both smiling, looking away. We had a lot of fun running around the museum today with Hayden & Erica. Josie and Hayden were two peas in a pod, holding hands, screaming, and exploring. Natalie and Erica were just quiet, independent explorers! We had lots of fun!

Papas Girls

August 23, 2007

Nana got a new camera, and here she is trying in out on 3 somewhat willing subjects. The girls went to Nana & Papa's for an overnight a couple weekends back. Nana loves to take pictures, now we just have to get a couple photos with HER in them!!

Sisterly love?

I am not sure how Nana Ing was able to capture it, but here they are playing together and smiling! The girls sure go in spurts of love and annoyance. But ere is one glimpse of a moment of adoration from both sides

Mommy take my picture!

Josie our darling and camera shy 4 year old has found a new fondness for the camera. Where is used to run rom us or scowl, she now is requesting her photo be taken with Rocky the cat. Now she typically ask when she is "hugging" him or carrying him ( he IS 17 lbs.) so by the time I get the camera, Rocky has headed for the hills in escape from her. Scott was able to capture the moment as Josie posed Rocky for the photo. All the while she is squeeze holding him, full of love! Rocky likes to sleep on Josie's bed at night. He is quite the character!

Pride & the poddy!

Oh here we are! Natalie has discovered the pure bliss of using the poddy. While sometimes it seems she is enamored with the "paper" portion of the deal, sometimes she really gets down to business! it is a lot of fun to see how excited she gets, as you can see from the photo. Hopefully this photo is not too dirty for the bloggin' world, I think that most of her business is covered appropriately!

Special time

August 4, 2007

As I was cleaning off the photo card, I came across this photo of Natalie with her GG (great grammy) playing together when they visited in June. My Gram hates having her photo snapped, so I had to sneak around the other way to get it! Natalie was busy teachign GG how to use the very noisy ball popper. Isn't it cool that our kids get to play with their great grandparents? I think so!
